Head of Solar Distribution Germany (m/f/d)
The role is to be accountable as the Head of Solar Distribution Germany business: To implement the Total Solar Distributed Generation business model, find and contract projects, construct, finance, farm down 50% of Croup equity then operate the assets. To ensure strong project economics and safe project construction/operation To set up and maintain the legal and operational infrastructure required to operate in the target countries (legal, fiscal, regulatory) To develop, put in place and maintain Group processes and structures under One Total to ensure compliance to group processes (fiscal, compliance, RH, legal, comms etc.) To implement sales and marketing processes and structures/partnership networks/product and economic offerings to complete and maximize competitive advantage in the countries of operation Implementation and active monitoring of Health and Safety processes and actions for construction sites To effectively work in the network of Total in country teams, regulatory bodies, business customers and business groups, financing institutions Credit management: collection of cash from customers for the services provided Prepare the budget Identification of B2B prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement or equivalent Reporting the trends and tendency of the area to the head office in order to adapt the strategy Managing local key accounts and partners
Previous management experience in a Solar company are preferable Strong leadership skills. Able to recruit, set up, manage, direct and motivate a team of diverse skilled resources. Able to bond into an effective team Proven ability to operate effectively with autonomy Experience of contractor management, tendering processes, construction site management Precision and zero compromise / tolerance approach to health and safety. Technical excellence must be proven Commercial skills ability to negotiate contracts with all levels of counterparty business Project financing knowledge and experience Experiences in different cultural environments 10 years of experience positioning sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses Working languages: German (native), English, French is a nice to have
