Principal (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Focus Utilities Infrastructure

Education: You have an excellent university degree (master's/diploma) in your pocket - we also welcome additional qualifications, such as a doctorate or MBA Communication: Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with our international team and client base. You should be capable of delivering presentations to board members and collaborating closely with functional management. Project Management: You have already proven yourself as a successful project manager at one of the leading top management consulting firms or in other large-scale projects (with focus on utilities infrastructure) and you can look back on at least seven years' relevant work experience Expertise: You have showcased firsthand experience in transformation, process optimization and digitization within energy infrastructure companies, particularly DSOs. Familiarity with technically-driven organizations is advantageous. Skills: You have a deep understanding of the challenges that the energy industry is facing and the specific technical & energy-economic complexities of Distribution System Operators. You should be able to translate these challenges into actionable programs that drive transformation and deliver tangible results for the energy networks business. Leadership: You have exceptional leadership skills that inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best. Your ability to develop talent and foster professional growth is paramount.
